Our story
Would you like to exercise in a gentle, impact free manner? Would like to tone up, improve your mobility and lose inches? Would you like to be taught and looked after each time you exercise? We opened in July 2012. At our club you can achieve your results in a fun and friendly environment. Our unique training systems ensure that you are taught every time you visit the club. You are never left alone at The Toning Suite! An appointment is made
for every attendance at the club.
